About FPEAK

The Fresh Produce Exporters Association of Kenya (FPEAK) is the leading trade association representing Kenya’s horticulture industry—including growers, fresh produce exporters, and value chain service providers. Since its establishment in 1975, FPEAK has played a pivotal role in shaping the growth of Kenya’s fresh produce export sector, with a strong focus on cut flowers, fruits, and vegetables.

FPEAK serves as the central hub for coordination and advocacy in the horticulture export space. We empower our members by offering specialized agricultural training, up-to-date market intelligence, and technical support to meet international standards. Additionally, we champion the industry’s interests through strategic lobbying, policy advocacy, and partnerships to strengthen global market access and improve the competitiveness of Kenya’s fresh produce exports.

We are dedicated to representing our members’ interests by engaging with government agencies through strategic lobbying and policy advocacy—ensuring a favorable regulatory environment for Kenya’s horticulture exporters.

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop, unify, and elevate Kenya’s horticultural industry in the global marketplace—championing compliance with food safety standards, good agricultural practices (GAP), and upholding social, ethical, and environmental responsibility across the value chain.
